KKEC teamed up with a strong management team, which employs top experts in the industry as education consultants and professional and pragmatic teachers.

采用双班主任制，从各国家、专业机构聘请来自英国、美国、新西兰、南非等以英语为母语的或教育专业的国外人才为全职外籍教师，均持有TESOL/TEFL证书和工作许可证。

此外，所聘国内教师团队毕业于香港大学、北京师范大学、华南师范大学、暨南大学、澳洲莫纳什大学等著名高校，拥有前沿的教育理念和突出的专业能力。

Our school adopted two-head teachers system, one Chinese teacher and one foreign teacher. Our foreign teachers are from English-speaking countries, such as the United Kingdom, the United States, New Zealand and South Africa, etc. 

They all obtained TESOL/TEFL certificates and work permits. Our Chinese teachers graduated from highly reputable universities, such as the University of Hong Kong, 

Beijing Normal University, South China Normal University, Jinan University and Australia Monash University, 

etc. Our teachers are competent and well-trained professionals.
